What to do about Non-Moving violation ticket in Court?

Do to financial issues when I bought my car several months ago I couldn't afford getting it registered then the new year came and I couldn't afford to get the un-registered plates renewed...So the other day I was driving and for the first time got pulled over and got a ticket for unregistered plates and unrenewed plates. I still can't afford to get it renewed or registered or pay for my tickets at the moments. Luckily I just got a really nice job...but I don't want to go to jail.... I was wondering if I could go to court on my court date and ask for an extension to pay the tickets due to the job I just got. Are you aloud to do this and what should I do? Any help or advice would be super helpful.

My Samsung Gt-B331- won't work with my PC can anyone help?

I have the newest version of PC Studio and I have a Samsung GT-B3310 won't work with my laptop. I got it working once but since then it won't work. Either my laptop fails to reognise the USB device or PC Studio tells me it's an unregistered device. I've reset the phone to default as well

Okay, I had just downloaded ZillaTube(I clicked Free Download) and when I opened it, what popped up was an "Unregistered" pop-up window that looks like a sign-up pop-up. I am only able to click three buttons that might let me continue on that window: "Buy Now", "Unlock", and "Try It!". I don't know what to do next only because I haven't been given permission by my mom to use it as of yet, and I believe the button "Try It!" may let me continue free if I have a code to enter.
