How to work my phoen?

ok so i have a unlocked blackberry storm with at&t, it wont let me register it or really work it at all no app world nothing but the basic phone with at&t thought i have unlimited data so idk what i should do when i went on blackberry.com i entered everything and it said it was unregistered but idk how to register it
