My Samsung Gt-B331- won't work with my PC can anyone help?

I have the newest version of PC Studio and I have a Samsung GT-B3310 won't work with my laptop. I got it working once but since then it won't work. Either my laptop fails to reognise the USB device or PC Studio tells me it's an unregistered device. I've reset the phone to default as well
