Hey Buff Ppl!! homemade workout help plz!?

So the local gym has an age limit for weights and that stuff (16) so im looking for homemade alternatives and excersises that can be done at home, or outdoors to help get fit, burn fat, bulk muscle, etc. to get the girls ;) Any help and ideas would be appreciated!. Oh, and focusing on arms and abs, thanks!
