Can a police officer pull someone over for being a white person in a black neighborhood?
Is this a legit probable cause reason to pull a person over because they are simply a white person driving in an African American neighborhood? My kids are mixed mulatto so I have to be in an African American a lot to drop them off by their fathers house. I frequently am pulled over by cops in this African American neighborhood and I'm getting sick of it. They are wasting valuable time they could be using to catch the real criminals. I never break the laws for the rules of the road so I know they are not pulling me over for that. They make up phony lies for why they pull me over like unregistered car, stolen plates etc. I know the real reason is to search me for drugs cause they always end up doing that after they are proved wrong by their other false accusations. Then they are proved wrong by the other false accusation of me having drugs in the car or on me. I am not a criminal nor would I ever steal anything and I feel extremely offended and insulted by these lies they are making up. I know a lot of white people only go in black neighborhoods to buy drugs but not all of them do. That is an unjust stereotype when the officers believe all white people are in an African American neighborhood just to buy drugs cause clearly this is not the case with me. Can I sue them for this? Is not this racial profiling and very unjust? I just like to know is this grounds to sue the city police department? By the way I have never ever once been pulled over by a cop in my white neighborhood and I feel this is very unjust and police are suppose to be just am I correct?
