Not paying tickets and lifting a warrant?

I recieved 2 tickets for driving an unregistered car and without insurance. At the time i did not have a job so I did not go to court or pay my tickets (bad call on my part). Since then I have had my license suspended obviously and I probubly have a warrant. I now have a job that I have been car pooling to and have the money to pay fines and tickets. My question is how much am I looking at in total cost? Will i have to pay to have the warrent lifted? I believe the tickets are only around $300 total before I skipped court. Im in New Jersey by the way if that makes a difference.
