Vehicles (POV) on Army base?

I am active duty and I just bought a car. I am currently in South Korea and I am awaiting my new PCS orders. My new well new to me car is not on the road and if I put it on the road now I won't have the title back on time before I PCS. So I was wondering what are the rules about unregistered POV on base. I will have the car insured before I move it and once at new duty station I will put it on the road. I guess what I am asking is if I will run into issues once I get into my next duty station. thanks for helping out...
