My jeep dosnt want to start :[?

I dont drive my jeep any more, too expensive for now, but i still start it up about once a week. Its never had any problems untill i tried to start it today. It sounded like the battery was dying, and the windows moved real slow like the battery was dead also. It also wouldnt turn over and kept making clicking noises when i turned the key. Now none of the electronics work at all. I had just replaced the battery and alternator in Ferruary, when I unregistered it. I tried jumping it but it still didnt do anything. The starter fuse is also fine... Its a 98 Cherokee
