I just got pulled over for driving an unregistered and uninsured car in MA. What can I expect to happen to me?

Im saving up to put my car on the road, but had to ride to work and drove it/got pulled over. What amount of money should I expect to pay and will my license get suspended? (It's a dumb idea I know)
