What are the new jersey regulations regarding storing an unregistered vehicle?

You can store a vehicle with an expired registration---you just can't park in the street or drive it. Keep in mind, there are also many municipalities that restrict vehicles from being stored in driveways that are visible from the street. Many neighbors don't like when driveways become storage lots (Yes. I have been issued a citation in NJ for this).
