What do I need to register this business? Customers rent a dancer/performer?

I currently have a small business where customers rent out dancers for their clubs or parties. This is an unregistered business but I am saving money to make it legit. What would I need to do this? Do I need licenses? Our dancers are Go Go Dancer type, no nude. Thanks for your help
