What happens if the police find me with a gun?

California you have to have the weapon registered. If I was you I would read up on the laws for your state then take them with a grain of salt. People are so stupid when it comes to guns if they see someone with one they freak out. For instance in Connecticut you need a permit to carry but it doesn't say whether or not it has to be concealed. So if your shopping and the barrel pokes out of your shirt when you bend over someone could see it and call the police on you. There should be no laws at all when it comes to guns and if your a law abiding citizen you should be able to carry any type of gun anywhere you want. But that is not the case. Just think, if we all carried guns do you think Joe Shi*head would walk into a bank or store and try to rob it when 30 people around him are carrying .357's ?
