Will a cop pull me over if I'm riding an unregistered motorcycle in my neighborhood?

If i don't go on any major roadways, and i follow the speed limit will i have to worry about getting pulled over or will they just say oh he's just learning.. which is what i'm doing. And the same thing with four wheelers.. will they stop you? i don't even have a license yet..( only 15)
