Yes that would be illegal. There would be no reason for you to miss so much school and your parents could go to jail for that (it's considered child neglect). You also wouldn't be able to pass into the next grade. If you are moving to a new school in September, your parents would have to discharge you from your current school in the summer and then have all of your records sent to your new one and sign you up there.
