Hardwood Floor Finishes that do not darken the wood?

Specifically that do not darken the wood at time of install, not over time. I want to keep my unfinished white oak as light as possible. Was considering Rubio monocoat, but since that is an oil, will this leave me with a dark floor? Would urethane be a better alternative? More toxic probably, but I really want to keep the floor as light as possible, but still bring out some grain.
